By signing below I agree to the MFC Studios terms and conditions. I understand that dance and movement activities carry an inherent risk of injury, and that MFC Studios, its staff and contractors accept no liability for loss, injury or damage except where caused by their proven negligence. I agree to attend classes punctually, to settle all class fees and membership payments in line with the published schedule, and to give the required notice when cancelling. I will follow the studio behaviour code, treat staff and fellow students with respect, and accept that MFC Studios may terminate access to the studio for repeated breaches of these terms.
